2022 Atlanta Self Publishing Conference
I had the honor to speak at the first ASPC! My topic was The Art of Selling at Events. Its normally an hour and a half talk that I trimmed down to an hour only to discover I had forty five minutes at the event. That’s my blunder, not the events. I got up there and pushed through and I think it was a big success! So much so that I decided to take the material and put it into a book! Its something I’m working on a little here and there as my schedule allows. The nice part is I just have to take my already prepared material, organize it into chapters, and add what I would be saying if I had unlimited time to discuss all things book selling. I haven’t set a release date for this since its more of a side project at the moment.
Book three, the final in the Keeper Chronicles trilogy, is with the editor now. I expect to have it back in about a week. From that point its just the final read through and touch up and its finished. I’ll be releasing that and the omnibus of the complete series shortly. I have my wonderful artist, Monica Maschke, working on art for the omnibus now. It’s really exciting to be wrapping up my first series! Here's the artwork for the cover of book three:
I’m glad you asked! I’ve been planning out my next book and during that process I stumbled on a character I like so much I decided to give him the lead role in my next series. It takes place in the same world as The Keeper Chronicles but is set in he near future. I can’t say too much without giving spoilers for Taken so for the time being I’ll keep my mouth shut about it except to say that its basically about a sorcerer, an arcanist to be exact. Someone that can shape raw magical energy. I’m really excited about this one and have already started the writing process. I’m also trying something new with this one and will be setting up a Kickstarter to try and find it ahead of time. I’ve never done a Kickstarter before so I’m also trying to figure that out as well. If you like my work and would like to support me please keep an eye out for that!
